I’ve had the Anchor Sight on my bows for about 7 years or so and for me It’s the best alternative. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes to set up if you know what you’re doing. It’s every bit as accurate as a peep IMO. I’ve got trophies cash and horns as evidence. To the question of shooting long distance, it’s an advantage over peeps, as when you reach your max pin setting you can still go another 20 or 30 yards using the Anchor Sight as a reference to move your anchor point down and extend your range. I have won some long distance shoots doing so and though I didn’t need to do that last spring when I hit the money dot in my Avitar, I did beat about 40 or 50 other guys shooting peeps. It was unmarked yardage at about 97 yards as I recall.
